The AI Readiness Quick Check is a self-check. Your responses to the 30 statements are computed into an assessment in your browser. Only when you enter your email address at the end and give your explicit consent is any data transmitted to us — so that we can send you the assessment by email and (if you request it) get in touch with you.
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Your email address | Sending you the assessment; contacting you, if requested |
| Your results profile (overall score and scores per dimension) | Creating and sending your assessment |
| Your checkboxes "Newsletter" and "Interest in the enablement program" | only if ticked: newsletter subscription or program contact, respectively |
Your individual responses to the 30 statements never leave your browser; only the condensed results profile is transmitted.
Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give in the form before submitting. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (email to jay@aivantum.com).
| Service | What for | Location / basis |
|---|---|---|
| Resend, Inc. | Delivery of the results and notification emails | USA — EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) + Standard Contractual Clauses in the data processing agreement |
| Notion Labs, Inc. | Storage of your request (email, results profile, checkboxes) | USA — data processing agreement + Standard Contractual Clauses |
| Cloudflare, Inc. & GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages) | Hosting the site and processing the form submission | USA/EU-adjacent — Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) + data processing agreement |
To prevent abuse, our form endpoint (Cloudflare Worker) briefly processes your IP address upon submission in order to limit the number of requests per time window (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your data is not shared with any third parties beyond the service providers named above.
You will receive the newsletter only if you have ticked the corresponding checkbox. Before the first mailing, you confirm your subscription via a link in a confirmation email (double opt-in; to be set up before public release). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link or by email.
We delete request and lead data (email, results profile) once the request has been handled and no further contact is requested — at the latest 24 months after the last contact. Newsletter data is stored until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. Upon request, we delete data earlier, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise these data subject rights, contact jay@aivantum.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
